Mr Fry was exceptionally helpful and understanding especially as we don’t live in London. He is no doubt an exceptional surgeon and has an exceptional team and anyone would be extremely comfortable seeing him and above all trusting him and knowing that they would be in very good hands. It is very nice to meet such a caring doctor and with such an understanding practice manager who follows up on detail. We really appreciated the care and your service, thank you.
